Flood Watch Tonight
A Flood Watch is in effect from 6 p.m. Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning for most of Central and Eastern Virginia. Heavy rain is expected to produce 1"-2" Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, with higher isolated totals possible.
