Tornado Watch Until 6 p.m.
A Tornado Watch is in effect for the Southern half of Virginia, including the Richmond Metro Area, until 6 p.m. Monday afternoon. A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for large hail, damaging wind gusts, and also isolated tornadoes.
