Updated Potential Snow Totals

Based on overnight precipitation, plus anticipated additional snowfall during the day Saturday, I have upped our expected snowfall totals for the northwest half of Virginia. The southeast remains unchanged because it has rained overnight, and snow will not occur there until late morning.

Anon6144: Here's a story for you...Mayor declares a State of Emergency, News Station says stay off the roads today due to treachous weather, reports of more and more accidents~Where is the line drawn with employers that require employees to come to work to meet their quotas? No one can afford to lose their jobs, but they need to use good judgment with their safety as well. Can you weigh in on this one?
